Shauna fell in love with salon life at 18, while working the front desk at San Diego’s renowned Robert Cromeans salon. In the years since, she’s mastered every element of the business that doesn’t involve doing hair. Shauna and Jenn met in 2017, while working at the Kelly Cardenas salon, and together they’re a match made in hair heaven. As our salon director, she is the face of Style & Grace. It’s her job to make sure guests leave happier than when they came, and—spoiler alert!—she nails it.
